What Is Thrifted Wisdom?
When most people hear the word thrift their mind immediately goes to second-hand stores or places that resell previously used items. However, the meaning of thrift is simply to avoid waste and save for the future. This means its doesn’t necessarily have to be something that is second-hand, but rather something that saves money (avoiding wasteful spending) or something that has enough value it can and should be used again.
When we hear the word wisdom we often think of someone older than us that is considered very smart or very intelligent. The meaning of wisdom is having quality experience or knowledge in a particular area. It doesn’t mean you have to be the best at it or even great at it. Every person on this earth has wisdom to share and often people have wisdom in areas that are different than your own.
So why not take that avoidance of waste (thrift) and put it together with already formed knowledge (wisdom) and you get….Thrifted Wisdom, a blog site designed to save you money and provide resources to build wisdom.
